At Woodcrest Apartments, we proudly offer a pet-friendly community where both residents and their pets can feel right at home. To ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of our property for all residents, the following pet policy is in place:
General Policy

A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per apartment.

All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in.

Breed restrictions apply. Management reserves the right to deny any pet based on breed, size, or behavior.
Pet Fees and Rent

A non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet.

A monthly pet rent of $20 (1st pet) and $10 (2nd pet)
Weight Limit
- The weight of each pet must not exceed 75 pounds at full maturity.
