🐾 Pet Policy – Woodcrest Apartments

At Woodcrest Apartments, we proudly offer a pet-friendly community where both residents and their pets can feel right at home. To ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of our property for all residents, the following pet policy is in place:

General Policy

• A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per apartment.

• All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in.

• Breed restrictions apply. Management reserves the right to deny any pet based on breed, size, or behavior.

Pet Fees and Deposits

• A non-refundable pet deposit of $400 per pet is required.

• A monthly pet rent of $15 to $25 

Weight Limit

• The weight of each pet must not exceed 75 pounds.
